By accessing the AstraForge Kinetix application, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Medical & Biomechanical Disclaimer

The Kinetix Neural Engine utilizes computer vision for general sports motion analysis and educational purposes only. The data, angles, and feedback provided by this application do not constitute medical advice, physical therapy diagnosis, or professional coaching. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider or certified trainer regarding injuries or athletic training programs.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily utilize the Kinetix web application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing and analysis only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

modify or copy the proprietary tracking algorithms;
use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display;
attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Kinetix platform;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

4. Limitations

In no event shall AstraForge Kinetix or its developers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, physical injury resulting from athletic actions analyzed, or damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Kinetix application.

5. Modifications

AstraForge Kinetix may revise these terms of service for its application at any time without notice. By using this application you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
