Why isn't the AI tracking my video?

Ensure the person in the video is clearly visible. Dark lighting, fast text edits over the screen, or severe camera shake can disrupt the neural network's visual tracking.

Is my video stored on your servers?

No. Kinetix operates on Edge Computing protocols. Your video never leaves your device and is processed entirely locally within your browser's memory.

Why did my browser freeze on a long video?

Mobile browsers enforce strict memory limits. Processing 60 frames per second over a long duration exceeds mobile RAM limits. We highly recommend trimming your video clips to the exact 3 to 7 seconds of action before uploading.
